Alsik opens on the 6th May 2019.
This completes the construction project that started back in 2015. Since then, the former industrial harbour in Sønderborg has been transformed and a new landmark in the form of a hotel, spa and wellness centre, has been added.
During these years, a camera on the roof of Alsion has taken pictures of the site. In the film below, these pictures have been put together and show, in just over 2 minutes, how Alsik has developed from its very beginning to the 70 metre project which today is reflected in the water of Alssund.
