In just 8 weeks, all 28 apartments in Kongebrohuset have been sold. The building is being built in the Town’s Harbour, Sønderborg, and is located right on the edge of Alssund with a view of both bridges that connect Als with Southern Jutland.
The first turf was cut on the construction site on June 22nd, 2020, and the final purchase agreement was signed on August 17th, 2020.
It is unheard of to sell apartments of the quality and price seen in Kongebrohuset so quickly. The builders and the estate agents were therefore pleased with the huge interest, resulting in a successful sales process with 28 satisfied buyers. The demand for the apartments was so great that lots had to be drawn for the apartments.
Construction is already underway, and the building will take shape over the next one and a half years. The buyers are expected to move in at the turn of the year 2021-2022.
