The chairman of Bitten & Mads Clausen’s Foundation started his 70th birthday at the Town Hall in Sønderborg, where he was named Honorary Citizen; the first in the new combined Municipality of Sønderborg.
At 2 pm, family, friends and business associates were invited to his birthday reception at Alsik. As a nice gesture, the Danfoss Orchestra welcomed everyone at the entrance hall, where, despite the wet weather, they played for Peter and the arriving guests.
A total of 200 people attended the happy occasion, organised in honour of the celebrant. Well-received speeches were given by Jørgen Mads Clausen, Per Have and Erik Lauritzen.
Sønderjydsk Pigekor (Southern Jutland’s Girls’ Choir) sang for the guest of honour, and later a quartet from Sønderjyllands Symfoniorkester (Southern Jutland’s Symphony Orchestra) performed. Both musical recitals are of great importance to Peter Clausen who thanked them many times.

Many CONGRATULATIONS to Peter Mads Clausen.
